Bennie L. Crane & Associates
is a consultant organization serving the public sector with Personal Empowerment, Personal Motivation, Leadership Training and No Fault Solution to Diversity Issues.
Our Mission

We are dedicated to providing personal empowerment and personal motivation training and demonstrating to businesses that empowerment of their employees will result in increased performance with less supervision.

Company Profile

Bennie L. Crane & Associates has a significant presence in the public service sector.  Chief Crane has been training emergency service personnel for thirty years.  He teaches for the Traffic Institute of Northwestern University, and the Fire Service Institute of the University of Illinois.  A noted motivational speaker and workshop leader.  He is the author of "Personal Empowerment" Achieving Individual & Departmental Excellence and "Humanity Our Common Ground" Your Guide to Thriving in a Diverse Society.

Workshop Competitive Advantages

Using self-reliance, self-actualization and personal empowerment as a means of valuing cultural differences is unique in diversity training. Our approach is to identify our common areas as human beings. After identifying the elements that all human beings have in common participants are shown how to use these elements to improve their lives. Often this requires that they change the way that they view themselves.  Changing the way they see themselves many times results in a changing the way that they view members of other cultures. "As I work at being the best that I can be I'm less threaten by others trying to be the best that they can be."

Customer Benefits

The individual benefits from an increased sense of self-worth, self-esteem, and personal empowerment.  Organizations will benefit from increased cooperation among it's members, more production with less tension or trauma.  Members will demonstrate an increased sense of ownership in their assigned tasks.  The quality of relationships between members of different cultures will improve
